Anaesthesia & Analgesia

Effective pain relief is important. Wherever possible, we use local anaesthetic nerve blocks for our patients undergoing surgery. Most of these are stimulator-guided nerve blocks to maximise their accuracy and efficacy. These techniques also have the added benefit of maintaining motor and urinary function, to help get our patients back on their feet quicker and ease their nursing care.
